Take the time to complete this exercise anytime you feel those familiar cravings coming on.
Today is different and most likely will challenge you to do something outside of your normal comfort zone. Set aside some time and I assure you this powerful tool will completely change your relationship to those foods you crave. Today is about busting your cravings using a very specific technique, which I will teach you. This is part of the reinforcement process. I will explain tapping in the video and exactly how to do it.
1. Print out the accompanying worksheet which will tell you the tapping points.
2. Bring to the call something you truly crave. If you have to go out and buy it, do it. I want it to be something that you “can’t keep in the house”. Something you find yourself drooling over. A true craving.
3. Once you are done with the exercise, I want you to throw the food away if it still feels triggering to you. (Don’t worry, it will be easy after we’re done!)
4. Give yourself 25 minutes to do this exercise today.
