This Is NOT Another Diet

Most weight loss programs out there today fall into two camps:

  1. Diets + Tracking (WW, macros, meal plans)
    These assume the problem is what you’re eating. 

    They teach you to control your food. But if food was the root cause of the problem, these methods would’ve worked by now.


  2. Medical Solutions + Medications (GLP-1s, detoxes, hormone resets, surgery)

    These approaches can change appetite or physiology in the short term. But they do not change the emotional patterns or stress responses driving the eating behavior.
