I started 2 1/2 weeks ago and I have already stopped snacking between meals and craving food when I'm stressed or out of habit. More and more each day, I can imagine myself being at a healthy weight again. I am finding I am craving my workouts and not craving sweets.
After I got in tune with my nervous system and started focusing on my daily tool kit of doing so many good things for myself everyday, feeling good on my way to feeling good, things inside me started to shift for the first time

I have been working with my nervous system and I have started to lose weight. I now eat for health. I still have treats but I can now say that I only want a bite or two and then I am done. I have been dropping weight and I feel good.
